Voorhees Hall, 2012-2013 Academic Year
As a Resident Assistant in Voorhees, I worked with a team of five other Resident Assistants to build community, plan events, and enforce policy in a building of about 150 residents.
Van Drezer Cottage, 2013-2014 Academic Year
Hope College owns many houses in the blocks surrounding the campus, which creates a unique on-campus living experience for upperclassment. I was the Resident Assistant in Van Drezer Cottage, where I lived with nine of my friends. My job consisted of building community, planning events, and being a general resource for my housemates.
